Sleep everyone needs it. It is something that we do in order to be replenished for the next day. Sleeping is both physical and psychological. It's physical because your body could be aching or in pain and one you go to sleep you feel better. It's psychological because if don't don't sleep you can't focus and you start to have mood swings. For Example, (A person with insomnia will have an attitude towards anything. This is why sleep is important for your body and mind,
